BancMarc operates its own legalized cashless economy, built on supply and demand. Trade is done with another form of currency, referred to as Trade Dollars, which are used amongst the members in the network.
Members sell their goods and services at normal prevailing prices, at their own discretion, to generate Trade Dollars – no one-to-one trading required. Members can then spend their Trade Dollars on anything else that’s available in the network.
The basic premise is this: if you had to buy X, would you rather pay cash or trade an equal dollar amount of your product or service at its normal selling price?
